Starting a new job while juggling personal stress had me questioning everything and this workshop taught me how to reclaim my power and show up with both bravery and ease. I now understand that rest isn’t weakness—it’s strength, and it’s sacred.

Before the workshop, I was overwhelmed by running my new business and felt like I couldn’t breathe. But the way the facilitator held space—with so much calmness, care, and wisdom—helped me feel seen and supported. I left feeling lighter, more grounded, and reminded that rest is part of the work.
